Latino Family Connection is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.


Our mission is to empower Spanish-speaking families in Rockland County by connecting them with essential community resources, addressing social determinants of health (SDOH), and health-related social needs (HRSN) with a strong commitment to cultural and linguistic appropriateness. We emphasize the importance of value-based care processes in our approach, focusing on long-term care and community support for the optimal utilization of resources. Through education and advocacy, we are dedicated to ensuring that Spanish-speaking families have access to quality, effective, and sustainable care. Our goal is to facilitate a healthcare environment where value and quality are prioritized, enabling Spanish-speaking families to achieve lasting success and well-being in a culturally sensitive and inclusive setting.
